How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data on the M8 Platform, you can submit an account deletion request using the following method:

1. Email Request

Please send an email to:

with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”

Include the following information:

• Your registered email address

• Your full name (optional)

• Any additional details to help us locate your account

2. Processing Time

Once we receive your request:

• We will verify your identity

• The account deletion process will begin

• Most deletion requests are processed within 3–7 business days

3. What Will Be Deleted

After the deletion is completed:

• Your account will become inaccessible

• Personal profile information will be removed

• Account-related data will be deleted unless retention is required for regulatory compliance (e.g., AML/CTF laws)
